Bad customer service Delay in processing and shipping the order
Items came on time and was packed in a nice box and tissues with bow, so all i had ro todo is put in gift bag as a gift was happy with the clothing too

Been shopping with childsplayclothing for years, never had a problem remember when I ordered someting and wanted another item but didn’t want to pay double for shipping and online chat credited me for the shipping cost. I’m a short person myself so I get all designer goods from here :)
My order was “left with an neighbour” although my neighbour is adamant they don’t have it . When I contacted Childsplay I was told an investigation would have to take place before I got a refund or my items sent me
Ordered two items from the sale for a birthday gift for my nephew, and received an email to indicate the items had been dispatched. The items were not delivered on the due date (Friday 7th August as the delivery driver insisted there was no one home - it’s a business address and open 12-15 hours daily). I received the parcel on Monday 10th and one of the items was missing. I had to call to query the whereabouts of the missing item, and was advised it was sold out and a refund for the item issued. At no time was I advised this was the case as would have cancelled my order. I then cid not have sufficient time to purchase a replacement birthday gift. Very disappointing customer service.
I emailed for a refund the reply was fast and sufficient and hit my refund the next day Thank you
I love shopping on this website for beautiful clothes for my daughter I have never had any issues items arrive prompt and some bargains during sale periods even the returns process is hassle free if for any reason you need to use it.
The clothes are lovely and of very high standardI knocked a star off as whenever I goo to the website it freezes which is very frustrating. I would still definitely buy from them again though
